Hi, I’m Alexandra! I am currently completing a Bachelor of Education in Intermediate Phase, where I am developing the knowledge and skills needed to support and guide young learners in reaching their full academic potential. During my matric year, I achieved strong marks across my subjects, reflecting both my dedication to learning and my commitment to academic excellence. These experiences helped shape my passion for education and inspired me to pursue a career where I can help learners build confidence and succeed academically.

Since 2024, I have been working as an ABA Therapist, supporting children with a range of developmental differences and additional needs. In this role, I help children develop important life and social skills through activities such as social interaction practice, speech support, movement exercises, and behaviour guidance. I conduct structured lessons that help children learn how to communicate, interact with others, and navigate everyday situations with greater confidence. I also support children with Autism and their families by teaching helpful coping strategies and replacement behaviours that encourage independence and positive development.

As a tutor, my goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where each learner can develop a clear understanding of their work in a way that suits their individual learning style. I aim to break down concepts into simple, manageable steps so that learners feel confident and well prepared when they are tested at school. In my spare time, I enjoy playing hockey, learning about animals, and continuously finding ways to improve myself so that I can grow into the best teacher possible. I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and believe in their abilities.

Hi, I’m Juhaira! I have completed a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of how learners think, develop, and engage with their work. In my matric year, I achieved four distinctions, including 80% in English, 83% in Afrikaans, 81% in Life Orientation, and 86% in Drama. These results reflect both my academic strengths and my ability to balance analytical and creative subjects.

As a tutor, I aim to be calm, patient, and adaptable, creating a safe and supportive space where learners feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. With my background in Psychology, I have valuable insight into early development and individual learning needs. Hi, I’m Cameron! I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Laws at Stellenbosch University, where I continue to build on the strong academic foundation I developed in school. In my matric year, I achieved 7 distinctions, including 89% for History, 86% for English, 90% for Afrikaans, 85% for Maths, 93% for French, 87% for Accounting, and 88% for Life Orientation. My love for learning and exploring different perspectives continues to guide both my studies and my approach to tutoring.

I have a particular passion for History, and I really enjoy helping students navigate the challenges of high school History. My tutoring style focuses on identifying any gaps in understanding and working together to build both confidence and skills. I aim to make lessons engaging and interactive, encouraging students to think critically, connect ideas, and see the bigger picture—all while working steadily toward their academic goals.
