How We Choose Our Online Tutors

Our tutors are unique individuals, who are selected carefully based on their specific strengths in their chosen subjects. They not only have excellent knowledge of the subjects they tutor, but also a passion for tutoring and helping learners reach their potential.

All BrightSparkz tutors undergo a thorough screening process in which character & personality, high school and university results, affinity for teaching, and past tutoring experience are taken into account. Many of our tutors are currently studying at universities, but many are qualified or in the post-graduate phase of their studies.

Our tutors are interviewed face to face, and need to present a lesson in their interview. Our trained interviewers use this to assess their teaching ability, as well as what kind of learners they would be best suited to. Our tutors undergo an assessment before they begin tutoring, and client feedback is regularly requested to ensure that parents and learners continue to have a great experience with our service and their tutor!
