Over the past five years, I have worked closely with children and adolescents, gaining extensive experience in teaching learners with learning difficulties.

From 2016 to 2020, I volunteered as a tutor at a low-income school provided by a local church, where I worked with students from Grade 1 through Grade 7. I tutored in various subjects, including English, Afrikaans FAL, Maths, Natural Science, History, Geography, and Life Orientation. My focus was on assisting students who lacked support at home, helping them understand challenging topics and prepare for exams. I also worked with younger students on reading skills and language comprehension. This experience, although informal, was invaluable in shaping my understanding of diverse learning needs.
