I’m Inge! I excelled academically in my matric year having passed with 5 distinctions which I obtained in Afrikaans with 84%, English with 81%, LO with 96%, Business Studies with 82% and Drama with 88%. I am now currently completing a PhD in education, with a special interest in language and technology.

Over the course of my undergraduate, Honours and Master’s degrees, I tutored students of all ages (yes really, primary school – adult) in Afrikaans (Home and additional language) and English (additional language). My studies have all been focused on language acquisition, development, education and technology. To that extent, I believe I am a perfect tutor for the future! I am also currently employed as a learning content creator where my job entails creating teaching and learning materials).

Outside of education, I love yoga, dog training, gardening, reading and writing. My professional dream is to open my own EdTech consultancy, one day!

I’m Sihle! I did very well in my final year of Matric and completed the year with 4 distinctions of which I achieved in Business Studies with 81%, History with 87%, Tourism with 84% and Zulu with 81%. I am now currently studying Political Science at University.

I gained my first experience with tutoring in my final year of high school and still try to actively assist my peers where I can. I consider myself to be a great tutor because I facilitate and find it rewarding to see my students become confident in their academics and being a positive influence in their journey’s.

When I’m not engaged in academics, I enjoy listening to music as I find it very relaxing.

I’m Cassey! I did very well in my final year of Matric, having completed it with 3 distinctions which I obtained in Accounting, Business Studies and Economics with 80%. I completed my undergrad in a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as 2 courses in Management and Business programs and have been employed in the financial services industry for more than 10 years; having gained experience working with people from all walks of life.

I am now currently working as a Grade 1 assistant teacher. I believe that the role of a tutor is to guide, assist, motivate and be there to help and I’m passionate about making a difference and helping learners achieve their goals.

I’m Bran-Leigh! I did exceptionally well in my Matric year, having finished strong with 3 distinctions which I obtained in LO & Maths Literacy with 82% and 80% in Afrikaans and B’s for the rest of my subjects. Since then, I have graduated with a BA in Theatre and Performance at university where I majored in Dance Pedagogy and graduated with distinction. I am now currently studying a Postgraduate Certificate in Education in FET teaching.

I am passionate about education and helping learners grasp concepts in ways that are suited to their specific educational needs. I have also gained experience at the Amy Foundation as a dance teacher for youth. People would describe me as kind, passionate and hard-working.

I’m Nontobeko! My educational history consists of 4 distinctions in Matric which I obtained in Business Studies with 83%, LO with 81%, Zulu with 85% and Religious Studies with 95%. I am also a Bachelor of Commerce degree holder with majors in Economics and Management. I am now currently pursing my film studies.

I have experience in tutoring Accounting at university level and gained some valuable experience having interned at a corporate firm. I love tutoring, I find it honourable, a means of giving back to the community, and I value education and want to impart knowledge.

One of my greatest personal achievements in life is having bungee jumped from the country’s highest bridge in South Africa. In my spare time, I am interested in film-making, cooking and watching movies.
