Hello, I’m Alan Mthembu, a dedicated tutor with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Taxation and Management Accounting & Finance. Currently, I am a student at the University of the Witwatersrand, pursuing studies in Financial Accounting 3 and Auditing 3. During my matric year, I achieved exceptional success with five distinctions, including notable scores of 87% in Accounting, 81% in Business Studies, 87% in Maths, 80% in Life Orientation, and an impressive 91% in IsiZulu First Additional Language.

As a tutor, my mission is to bridge the gap for students by providing personalized, one-on-one attention to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their coursework. I believe in tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each student, fostering an environment where they feel confident and empowered in their academic journey. Outside of tutoring, I am an avid sports fan, finding joy in both playing and watching various sports. This passion not only contributes to a well-rounded life but also informs my teaching style, allowing me to connect with students through diverse interests and engage them in the learning process.
