Hi, I’m Kelli! I am currently completing a Bachelor of Medicine and have always been deeply passionate about academics and personal growth. In my matric year, I achieved 6 distinctions, including 90% in English, 92% in Afrikaans, 92% in French, 87% in Maths, 87% in Biology, 86% in Music, as well as strong marks in Physical Science. These achievements reflect both my dedication and my genuine love for learning across a wide range of subjects.

As a tutor, I aim not only to guide students through their academics, but also to challenge them to push beyond their comfort zones and achieve more than they thought possible. I particularly enjoy working with Maths and Science because I love the problem-solving, logic, and curiosity that these subjects inspire. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when they are supported with patience, encouragement, and the right learning strategies. My goal is to create a positive and motivating environment where students can build confidence while developing strong academic foundations.

Outside of academics, I enjoy staying active through running, strength training, and Pilates, and I love the sense of growth and discipline that comes with it. I am also a violinist with a passion for music, from listening and analysing production to improvising on my instrument. In my free time, I also enjoy playing chess and spending quality time with friends and family, often combining my interests through activities like run clubs, gym sessions, or sharing music with others.

Hi, I’m Nomzamo! I have completed a Bachelor of Technology in IT and Computer Networking, and I am passionate about using my knowledge to help learners succeed. In my matric year, I achieved stellar results, earning strong marks across all my subjects. This solid academic foundation allows me to guide students with confidence, clarity, and a deep understanding of the material.

I have accumulated over 194 hours of tutoring experience with BrightSparkz, where I have supported learners from diverse backgrounds and with varying academic needs, including but not limited to CAT, Maths Literacy and Afrikaans FAL. My approach as a tutor is centred on building confidence and inspiring a positive, “can-do” attitude in every learner. Hi I’m Monique! I have completed a Masters in Philosophy Social Science Research Methods and I hold a National Diploma in Special Needs Education. In my matric year, I achieved stellar marks across all my subjects, including Afrikaans, English, Maths, Accounting and Business Studies. I am also a trained teacher, which has given me a strong academic foundation as well as practical classroom experience that I bring into every tutoring session.

I have accumulated more than 340 hours of tutoring experience with BrightSparkz Tutors, where I have worked with a diverse range of learners and learning needs. This extensive experience has equipped me with the ability to adapt my teaching style to suit each student, ensuring that lessons are engaging, effective and tailored. Throughout my career, I specialised in teaching English and Art, working with young learners and helping them build strong foundations in both language and creativity. My passion has always been to create a supportive and encouraging environment where children feel confident to express themselves, develop their skills, and enjoy the learning process.

As a tutor, I focus on assisting learners in a patient, engaging, and structured way that suits their individual needs. As a tutor, I aim to provide both academic and emotional support. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. I have been riding horses since the age of 3 and still ride whenever my schedule allows. These results laid a solid foundation for my passion for education and my dedication to helping others succeed.

I have been teaching since 2022, gaining valuable experience in supporting learners with diverse needs. My qualifications in Special Needs Education have equipped me with the skills to adapt my teaching methods and provide inclusive, learner-centred support. As a tutor, I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and being outdoors. We love going camping, birdwatching, and taking long walks on the beach with our dogs.
