In December, we are delighted to shine the spotlight on Erlene,  who has not only demonstrated unparalleled dedication but has also left an indelible mark on the students she supports.

Erlene’s unending passion for assisting her students sets her apart. Her commitment goes beyond the conventional, as she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that her students receive the best possible support. It’s this passion that transforms ordinary learning moments into extraordinary opportunities for growth and understanding.

One of Erlene’s remarkable attributes is her proficiency in both English and Afrikaans. This bilingual capability adds a unique dimension to her tutoring and facilitation, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Erlene’s language prowess ensures that no student is left behind, fostering an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves and fully engaging in the learning process.  

In addition to her tutoring role, Erlene serves as a concessions facilitator, navigating the educational landscape across Gauteng with grace and efficiency. Her role involves orchestrating various aspects of concessions to ensure that students with diverse needs receive the accommodations necessary for their success. Erlene’s ability to manage these responsibilities across the Gauteng region showcases her organizational skills and unwavering dedication to promoting accessible education.
