Jacques T

I am a current Medical (MBChB) student at University with a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering. I achieved distinctions in all my Matric subjects as well as a Golden key award for my academic achievements during my university studies.

My approach to tutoring is to develop an in depth understanding of the concept before moving on to the implementation of the knowledge. I have previously tutored High School Grade 12 and University 1st year students in Maths and Physical Science. All of my students saw great improvement in their marks and it brings me great joy to be part of the students journey to achieve their goals.

I am an all-round outdoors person and partake in a vast variety of sports. In addition to academics, I also coach students in the sporting codes I have most experience in.

Thuto C

I completed my Matric with 5 distinctions, including in the subjects – Maths, Physical Science, EGD, Geography and LO. I am extremely passionate about helping students acquire a passion for the subjects by helping them see how the concepts are applied in the real world and mentoring them on how they can utilise their current strengths to improve their grades and make the best career choices. In my free time, I design rockets, pursue digital art and go on hikes.

Francois D

I graduated with a BSc. Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town (UCT), where I was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society for my academic performance. Following this, I graduated with an MSc. Chemical Engineering from UCT, which was awarded a distinction. I’m currently studying for an MBA, part-time and online, through Milpark Education. I have experience as a formal tutor and teaching assistant of 1st and 2nd-year Chemical Engineering Under Graduate students, gained whilst undertaking my MSc. degree at UCT, and very much enjoy working with students since each one has a unique approach to challenges which I find enrich my own capacity as a tutor and academic in general.
