Hi, I’m Xuma! I have completed a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Literature, deepening my love for language, storytelling, and critical thinking. In my matric year, I achieved four distinctions, including 86% in Afrikaans, 80% in English, 95% in History, and 82% in Maths Literacy. These subjects have shaped my analytical skills and passion for learning, which I now hope to share with my students.

As a tutor, I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring new ideas and refining their skills. I believe that learning is not just about memorizing facts but about understanding concepts in a way that inspires confidence and curiosity. My approach is patient and tailored to each student’s needs, ensuring they not only improve academically but also develop a deeper appreciation for their subjects.

In my spare time, I enjoy immersing myself in literature, poetry, music, and art, as they allow me to see the world through different perspectives. I also love cooking and blogging, which provide creative outlets for self-expression. I hope to bring this same sense of passion and creativity into my tutoring, helping students unlock their potential and approach learning with enthusiasm.
