Hi, I’m Reneilwe! I hold a Higher Certificate in Adult Basic Education and Training, a Bachelor of Education in Senior Phase and FET specialising in Mathematics and English, as well as a Pre-Degree Foundation Programme in Commerce and Law. This pre-degree programme equipped me with essential academic tools, including advanced mathematics and English, to excel in higher education. In my matric year, I achieved distinctions that laid the foundation for my academic and professional journey, and I’ve remained committed to excellence and lifelong learning ever since. Since 2017, I’ve gained extensive experience in both formal teaching and private tutoring.

I approach tutoring not just as a means to improve grades, but as an opportunity to transform how learners engage with their education. My goal is to meet students exactly where they are, build their confidence, and guide them toward mastering what they once found difficult. I believe tutoring is a powerful bridge between confusion and clarity—between uncertainty and achievement. I take pride in being part of a learner’s journey, supporting their growth, and helping turn their goals and aspirations into reality. I am also able to tutor confidently in both Afrikaans and English, allowing me to better support a wider range of learners in their home language.

Outside of academics, I’m an avid reader with a passion for learning that fuels my teaching style. I also enjoy baking and beadwork—creative outlets that require focus, precision, and care, which are qualities I bring into every tutoring session. These interests keep me balanced and remind me that patience, creativity, and consistency are key to meaningful progress—both in and out of the classroom.
