Hi, I’m Mafa! I have completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, as well as a Postgraduate in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA Level 2), which has further strengthened and expanded my knowledge within the field of Accounting and Finance. During my matric year, I consistently achieved outstanding results across my subjects, demonstrating both dedication and a strong academic work ethic. These achievements have shaped my passion for education and helping learners reach their full potential.

I have been tutoring since 2018 and have successfully completed over 157 hours with BrightSparkz. Through my tutoring experience, I have worked with learners from different academic backgrounds and understand the importance of adapting my teaching style to suit each student’s individual needs. As a tutor, I aim to assist students by creating opportunities for growth in knowledge while ensuring that they develop a clear understanding of each concept. I believe that confidence and understanding go hand in hand, and I strive to make learning both engaging and rewarding.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading biographies and learning about the journeys of successful individuals. I find motivation and inspiration in real-life stories of perseverance and achievement, as they offer valuable life lessons and perspectives. I also have a strong interest in business ventures and personal development, which continually encourages me to grow both professionally and personally.
