Hi, I’m Casey! I’m currently completing my BCom Business Management degree, which is building on the strong academic foundation I established in high school. During my matric year, I achieved two distinctions, earning an 82% in Afrikaans and an 80% in Life Orientation, alongside strong marks in Business Studies, English, and History. My passion for these subjects and my commitment to academic excellence led me to start tutoring in 2023, and I’ve been dedicated to helping students succeed ever since.

As a tutor, my approach is holistic and supportive. I understand that a student’s struggles aren’t always purely academic, and I aim to uplift and encourage them, providing support for both the complexities of the subject matter and any personal issues that might be affecting their learning. My goal is to help you truly understand the complexities of the content, offering clear explanations and tailored aid where needed. I strive to create a positive, non-judgemental space where you feel supported to learn, grow, and improve your confidence.

Outside of academics, I have a deep interest in reading and personal development, as I believe continuous learning is key to growth both as a tutor and an individual. I also have a passion for entrepreneurship and have even started my own business. This venture has taught me invaluable skills like time management, problem-solving, and discipline. These interests have helped me become a focused, adaptable, and driven person, and these are the qualities I bring into every tutoring session to ensure a dedicated and effective learning experience for you.
