Hi, I’m Siphosethu! I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, where I get to explore my passion for technology, problem-solving, and innovation. I have extensive experience tutoring both the IEB and CAPS syllabuses, and I’ve been formally tutoring since 2023. I also assist at the the Kay Mason Foundation, supporting learners across different grades and academic levels.

I especially enjoy tutoring Maths and Physical Science — they’re my favourite subjects to explain and break down for learners. As a tutor, my aim is to clear up any confusion students may have, whether they’re struggling with the basics or working through more challenging topics. I believe in meeting each student where they are and guiding them step-by-step until they feel confident and capable. I also tutor in isiXhosa, which allows me to connect more personally with learners who prefer support in their home language.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring all things related to software engineering, technology, and development. I’m a tech enthusiast through and through, and when I’m not coding or learning something new in the tech space, you’ll probably find me watching or playing soccer. I bring the same energy, focus, and problem-solving mindset from my hobbies into every tutoring session.
