Hi, I’m Tseke! I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Business Science in Actuarial Science at the University of Cape Town. During my matric year, I achieved 4 distinctions, which helped ignite my passion for understanding and excelling in subjects like Mathematics and Physics. These subjects can often feel overwhelming, but I believe with the right guidance, anyone can grasp the core concepts and apply them confidently.

As a tutor, my goal is to help students understand and apply material in a way that feels natural and intuitive. I focus on explaining difficult concepts in simple, easy-to-follow steps, making sure students not only memorize information but truly understand it. I strive to create a supportive and positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with the material. I am time-conscious and organized, always ensuring I’m prepared for our sessions and manage my schedule effectively to give each student the attention they need. My patience and deep understanding of the subjects I teach enable me to assist students in a way that fosters genuine progress.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy staying active with physical activities like playing football at a casual level and outdoor running and jogging. I even started learning to play tennis this year, and I find these activities help me maintain a healthy balance. Ultimately, I find great joy in seeing my students progress and improve, knowing I’ve been a part of their learning journey.
