Hi, I’m Ryan! I am currently completing my BSc in Sports Science and have a passion for learning and helping others succeed. My own academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in several key subjects. In my matric year, I was thrilled to achieve five distinctions, including excellent results in the sciences and mathematics: 94% in Physical Science, 88% in Maths, and 81% in Life Science. I also achieved strong marks in languages and humanities, earning 83% in Afrikaans and 80% in Geography, along with solid grades in English and Life Orientation. I aim to bring the same commitment and focus that led to these results into every tutoring session.

As your tutor, my core aim is to support, guide, and facilitate your studies. I believe that effective tutoring is about more than just reciting facts; it’s about empowering you to understand complex concepts, build confidence, and develop effective study habits. I am dedicated to being a resource for you, providing clear explanations, practical study materials, and a supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is to ensure you not only achieve your immediate academic targets but also gain long-term, transferable skills for future success.

Outside of my studies and tutoring, I lead a balanced and engaged life. I enjoy creative pursuits like reading, writing, and singing, and I’m a big enthusiast of sport of all kinds, which aligns well with my degree! My personal life is also underpinned by my faith; I am a Christian and take my faith seriously, which guides my values of integrity, dedication, and service. I look forward to connecting with you and embarking on this learning journey together!
