Hi, I’m Angela! I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Design, and in my matric year, I achieved four distinctions, including 87% in Mathematics, 87% in Accounting, and 82% in Biology. With 17 years of professional experience in interior design, drafting, surveys, and visuals, along with five years of tutoring experience, I bring a practical, real-world perspective to the subjects I teach. I am also well-versed in the IEB curriculum, which allows me to provide targeted guidance that aligns with students’ academic requirements and goals. As a tutor, I see my role as a guide, helping students tackle the areas they find most challenging. It’s often hard for kids to seek extra help in a classroom setting, so I aim to provide that extra bit of clarity and encouragement one-on-one. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing the moment of realization in a student’s eyes when they finally grasp a concept. I enjoy being part of their learning journey and celebrating those victories, big and small, along the way. In my spare time, I’m drawn to the arts, whether it’s through theater, art and design, or music. I also love spending time outdoors, going on adventure hikes and walks, and connecting with animals. Tutoring continues to be a passion of mine, as it combines my love for learning and helping others succeed, and I am excited to bring my enthusiasm and expertise to each session.
