Hi, I’m Almé! I have completed a BCom degree in International Business, which gave me a strong foundation in global economics, business principles, and analytical thinking. In my matric year, I achieved 6 distinctions, including 93% for Afrikaans, 91% for Economics, 88% for English, 92% for Geography, and 96% for Drama. My academic background reflects a combination of discipline, curiosity, and creativity—qualities I bring into every tutoring session.

As a tutor, I aim to help students truly understand Economics at all levels—whether they’re in high school or university. I break down complex theories into simple, real-world concepts that are easy to relate to and remember. My focus is on building a solid conceptual foundation, improving problem-solving skills, and boosting academic confidence. I believe that with the right support and guidance, every student has the potential to excel and even enjoy Economics, no matter how challenging it might seem at first.

In my spare time, I love playing netball and staying active. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and connecting with nature. When I’m not being active, I’m usually curled up with a book or watching a great film. I’m a huge fan of storytelling, and most of the time you’ll find me writing a short story, poem, play, or orator’s speech. Creativity is a big part of who I am, and I love bringing that energy into the way I teach and connect with students.
