To join our team, you’ll need strong academic results, a reliable schedule, and a genuine commitment to helping learners succeed.
To become a BrightSparkz tutor, you must be currently studying at university or have already completed your tertiary education.
You’ll need a minimum of 70% in Matric for the subject or subjects you want to tutor.
Tutors must be available for at least two afternoons or evenings per week to accommodate learner schedules.
You should be able to plan and prepare for lessons in advance to ensure effective, engaging sessions.
We ask all tutors to commit for the full academic year to provide learners with consistent support.
