Book A Reader Or Scribe

Complete the details required below to book a reader or scribe to help you with test or exam accommodations. We will get in touch with you to confirm the availability of a reader or scribe for your upcoming assessments. At this point we will ask you to send us the exam schedule outlining the dates and times you require a reader or scribe, as well as the duration of each exam.

All test or exam accommodations need to be approved by the department of education before we can assist you.
