“IsiZulu is my home language, and I started learning it as soon as I could talk. In primary school I did isiXhosa as a home language but went back to isiZulu in high school. I was the only one at my school to get a distinction in IsiZulu in high school, and was awarded the GDE Star for Life top performer award for IsiZulu at my school.”
