Hi, I’m Sigried! I have completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and hold a degree in Afrikaans and English Literature. I am super passionate about these languages and skilled in online tutoring. My aim as a tutor is to inspire my learners with the same motivation and perseverance that drive me. I love the Afrikaans language, and my passion is evident in the way I teach my classes, making them engaging and enjoyable.

I am a creative and energetic tutor with a wealth of experience in online tutoring. My role is to ensure that each learner feels comfortable and knows that it’s okay to ask questions. I provide a helping hand and patiently break down concepts, creating a supportive and nurturing learning environment. I believe that fostering a positive atmosphere is essential for effective learning, and I strive to make every lesson a rewarding experience.

In my spare time, I enjoy a variety of creative activities such as knitting, embroidery, and photography. I am always busy with something new and creative, which helps me bring fresh ideas into my tutoring sessions. I also love reading, spending time in nature, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. These interests not only enrich my life but also enhance my teaching by adding a touch of creativity and enthusiasm to everything I do.
