Kaira A

Hi, I’m Kaira! I am currently completing a Bachelor of Law, and I am passionate about both academic growth and creative expression. In my matric year, I achieved five distinctions, including 83% in Afrikaans, 90% in Drama, 85% in English, 87% in Life Orientation, and 82% in Life Science, along with strong marks in Mathematics. My academic journey has taught me the value of discipline, curiosity, and consistent effort, which I aim to share with the students I work with.

As a tutor, I believe that learning is not about spoon-feeding or parrot learning, but about truly understanding concepts and developing independent thinking skills. My role is to help students identify what they do not yet understand, and to guide and encourage them as they work through challenges. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable engaging with their work, asking questions, and building both confidence and competence in their studies.

In my spare time, I enjoy baking and cooking, as well as building Lego during my free time. These hobbies allow me to relax and express my creativity, while also strengthening my patience and attention to detail. I bring this same energy and enthusiasm into my tutoring, ensuring that sessions are both productive and engaging.
