Hi, I’m Jancke! I have completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, and my journey through both school and university has taught me the value of curiosity, discipline, and adaptability. In my matric year, I achieved six distinctions—87% in Afrikaans, 86% in Accounting, 88% in CAT, 84% in Life Science, 91% in Mathematics, and 83% in Physical Science. These achievements reflect not only my academic strengths but also my passion for learning across both science and humanities. I am bilingual in Afrikaans and English, which allows me to support students in the language they are most comfortable with.

As a tutor, I focus on the individual needs of each student, taking time to understand their learning style and where they might be struggling. I believe in using techniques that best suit the student, while creating a space that is supportive, fun, and engaging. My goal is not only to help learners improve academically but also to spark their passion and make them feel confident in their own abilities.

In my spare time, I enjoy puzzle building, reading, gaming, and cooking—activities that help me relax and sharpen my thinking. I also love volunteering and making music, both of which keep me connected to others and fuel my creativity. I bring this same balance of structure and enjoyment into my tutoring sessions, aiming to make learning something each student can look forward to.
