Thandolwethu P
Hi, I’m Thandolwethu! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economic Analysis and am currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance, building on my passion for empowering others through education and financial literacy. During my matric year, I achieved a distinction in Zulu with 84%, which sparked my appreciation for the importance of mastering concepts and excelling in academics. Over the past four years, I’ve gained valuable tutoring experience while completing my studies, helping students bridge the gap between what they learn in school and what they truly understand.
As a tutor, my goal is to ensure that each student’s learning experience is personalized and effective. I focus on identifying and addressing gaps in their knowledge, breaking down concepts in ways that make sense to them. I believe in adapting my teaching style to suit the student’s needs and learning preferences. Tutoring has always been a passion of mine, and with greater flexibility now, I’m excited to continue helping students achieve their academic goals and unlock their full potential.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring digital marketing, listening to finance podcasts, and planning memorable events. I also find joy in mentoring university students and younger learners, sharing insights to guide them on their journeys. Outside of tutoring, I often take on roles as an MC and program director, bringing energy and organization to events. These hobbies and experiences shape my dynamic approach to connecting with and inspiring the learners I work with.
