Hi, I’m Thando! I have completed a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry, which has provided me with a strong academic foundation and a deep appreciation for the sciences. During my matric year, I achieved two distinctions, including 81% in English and 80% in Life Science, along with strong marks in Setswana and Life Orientation. These achievements reflect both my dedication and my ability to perform consistently across a range of subjects. I have been tutoring since 2021, supporting learners at different stages of their academic journeys.

As a tutor, I aim to identify each learner’s areas of difficulty and tailor my approach to suit their individual needs. I believe that understanding one’s learning style is key to building confidence and improving performance. I strive to create a comfortable, supportive environment where students feel at ease to ask questions, engage actively, and develop a genuine understanding of their work.

Beyond academics, I enjoy reading novels and exploring recent research papers to stay informed and continually expand my knowledge. I am also passionate about choral singing and photography, which allow me to express creativity and maintain balance in my life. My broad interests and strong academic background enable me to connect with students meaningfully while guiding them towards achieving their goals.
