Hi, I’m Simbarashe! I have completed my BSc(Hons) Mathematical Statistics and have a strong academic background that I’m proud of. In my matric year, I achieved 7 distinctions, including 82% for Afrikaans, 85% for Accounting, 80% for English, 84% for Mathematics, 90% for Physical Science, and 92% for Life Science. These results reflect not just my dedication to my studies but also a deep interest in a range of subjects, from languages to the sciences.

As a tutor, my goal is to be more than just someone who helps with schoolwork. I aim to be a mentor—someone learners can turn to for guidance, whether that’s navigating tricky academic topics or exploring their future goals, such as applying to university. I believe in being interactive and engaging, creating a space where learners feel comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas. I also strive to be relatable, drawing from my own experience to connect with learners on both an academic and personal level.

In my spare time, I have a strong passion for technology, particularly in exciting fields like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. I’m always eager to learn more about how these systems work and how they’re shaping the future. When I’m not diving into tech, I enjoy playing chess and volleyball—both of which help me stay focused, think strategically, and maintain a healthy balance in life.
