Hello! I’m Itumeleng, and I hold a BA Politics degree, where I majored in Politics and Historical Studies. My academic journey began with a distinction in my matric year, laying a strong foundation for my subsequent university studies. I have been actively involved in tutoring for a significant period, with my experience dating all the way back to 2011. This extensive background has allowed me to develop a profound understanding of how to connect with learners and effectively guide them through their academic challenges.

My goal as a tutor extends far beyond simply covering the curriculum. It is to genuinely assist the learner and, most importantly, to help them believe in themselves and their capabilities. I strive to reassure a child that learning is important, and that they as a person matter. By fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, I work to build self-confidence in every student. My ultimate ambition is to enable them to achieve the best of themselves, transforming self-doubt into academic success and a lasting appreciation for education.

In my free time, music is a huge and important part of my life—I am a vocalist, and I love writing and creating my own songs, showcasing my creative and disciplined nature. I also enjoy other creative outlets like writing short skits and even painting, where I embrace being a passionate amateur. When I’m not engaged in something creative, I enjoy staying active, taking long drives for reflection, cooking, or simply being a supportive listener for my friends. These activities keep me balanced and bring a positive, patient energy into my tutoring sessions.
