Hi, I’m Bakhona! I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, where I’ve been building on the strong academic foundation I developed in high school. In my matric year, I achieved 5 distinctions, including 88% in Accounting, 90% in Business Studies, 89% in Zulu, and 87% in Economics. These subjects reflect both my passion for commerce and my commitment to academic excellence.

As a tutor, my aim is to make learning easier and more enjoyable for each student. I believe in creating a space where learners feel comfortable and free to express themselves without fear of being judged. I take a more relaxed and approachable teaching style, while still offering structure and support. I also see myself as a mentor — someone students can trust and turn to for both academic help and encouragement.

In my spare time, I enjoy helping other students succeed in their academics. I love reading novels, which allows me to unwind and explore new perspectives. I also take part in community engagement projects, where I get to connect with others and give back in meaningful ways. These activities fuel my passion for growth, connection, and making a positive impact.
