Hi! I’m Alana, and I have completed my Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in Psychology. During my matric year, I achieved a distinction in the Cambridge curriculum, including an impressive 91% in French Second Language. My academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of human behavior and effective learning strategies, which I am passionate about sharing with others. Throughout my undergraduate career, I have assisted multiple students with study methods as a Peer Collaborator and Residence Assistant at IIE MSA.

As a tutor, I believe that learning should be exciting and engaging. My goal is to inspire learners by tailoring each lesson to their unique needs and experiences, ensuring that every student can reach their full potential. I strive to create a personalized and supportive environment where students feel motivated and confident in their abilities.

In my spare time, I am a fitness enthusiast who started playing tennis professionally at the age of four and continued until the end of high school. This early dedication taught me the importance of staying physically fit, a passion I carried into university by joining the campus gym at Monash SA in 2019. Fitness not only enhances my physical well-being but also serves as a vital source of mental relief. Additionally, I am passionate about food and love cooking, baking, and hosting gatherings. Bringing people together through food and taking care of those around me are some of my favorite ways to connect and unwind.
