Hi, I’m Niel! I have completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a field that has given me valuable insight into how people think, learn, and grow. During my matric year, I achieved strong marks across all my subjects, including 81% in Afrikaans, 83% in English, and 81% in Life Science. These results reflect not only my academic dedication but also my ability to engage deeply with a variety of subjects.

I have been tutoring since 2021, and I take pride in offering lessons in both English and Afrikaans, allowing me to connect with a wider range of students in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them. As a tutor, I aim to guide rather than prescribe rigid rules, encouraging students to become proactive in their studies. I focus on helping them understand themselves better as learners, easing academic pressure, and making the learning process feel less stressful and more rewarding. I also prioritise building and solidifying foundational knowledge, ensuring a smoother and more confident transition between grades.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing the guitar, drawing, writing, and spending time outdoors. These creative and active pursuits keep me balanced and inspired, and I bring that same sense of curiosity and openness into my tutoring. I strive to create a supportive, engaging environment where students feel empowered to learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
