Hi, I’m Meriqe! I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Medicine and have a strong academic background, with 7 distinctions in my matric year. These include 92% in Accounting, 91% in Afrikaans, 89% in English, 92% in Life Science, 94% in Maths, and 87% in Physical Science. I’ve always had a particular talent for Maths and love helping others understand and enjoy it as much as I do.

As a tutor, my goal is not only to help students grasp the content but also to address any misconceptions, build their confidence, and create a safe and encouraging learning environment. I believe in supporting students beyond academics by building strong, positive relationships and offering general student support where needed. My approach is warm and personalised, focused on helping each learner feel comfortable, motivated, and capable of success.

In my spare time, I enjoy staying active and embracing new challenges. I’ve proudly represented KZN in both hockey and athletics, and I love exploring, adventuring, and thrill-seeking in my free time. I bring this same energy and enthusiasm into my tutoring sessions, always aiming to inspire students to push their limits and grow in every area.
