Hi, I’m Adelheid! I hold a BA Honours degree in German and have been teaching at both the high school and primary school levels since 2003. This extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of how students learn at different stages of their development. I’m passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment where students can feel confident as they build their language skills, whether they are just starting out or preparing for advanced exams.

As a tutor, my aim is to go beyond simply imparting knowledge and to truly inspire a love for learning. I believe that a positive mindset is the foundation of success, and I strive to help each student discover their unique strengths. My teaching approach is highly personalized, focusing on active participation and real-world application to make German not just a subject, but a skill they can confidently use. I’m dedicated to helping my students achieve their full potential, providing them with the tools they need to become independent and resourceful learners.

When I’m not teaching, I love to spend my time on my hobbies. I’m an avid reader, always with a book in my hand, and I find great joy in singing, whether it’s with a choir or just for fun. I also find inspiration in connecting with different people, and I love to travel, exploring new cultures and places whenever I get the chance.
