Hi, I’m Joxe! I hold an Honours in Education and an Honours in Mathematics. I’ve taught Mathematics and Computer Science to learners in Grades 7–12, including international experience in the Democratic Republic of Congo. My versatility in both subject matter and teaching methods allows me to adapt to each student’s unique learning style and needs. In addition to my academic background, I’m fluent in French and have experience supporting learners in multilingual environments. This has helped me connect with students from diverse backgrounds and tailor my approach to meet them where they are.

As a tutor, I’ve learned the importance of patience and understanding. Every student has their own pace, and it’s essential to offer support even if they’re not progressing at the same rate as others. I believe in helping learners improve steadily and confidently by creating an encouraging environment where they feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and grow.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and painting. These hobbies help me stay balanced and creative, and they often inspire new ways to connect with learners. I bring this same curiosity and calm energy into every lesson, aiming to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
