Hi, I’m Robin! I have completed a Bachelor of Accounting and matriculated in 2013 from Beaulieu College under the IEB curriculum, achieving outstanding all-round results with distinctions in all my final-year subjects. These included 92% for Accounting, 94% for Maths, 91% for Physical Science, and 87% for Geography and Life Orientation. I have been tutoring since 2021, and I bring both strong academic foundations and practical experience to my lessons.

Fuelled by my love for numbers, I completed my degree majoring in Chartered Accountancy and I am currently working in Property Management while tutoring part-time. I am bilingual and speak English and Afrikaans fluently, and I tutor Maths, Physical Science, and Accounting up to Matric level in both languages. As a tutor, I aim to be friendly, approachable, and kind, while maintaining a methodical, focused, and patient teaching style that helps learners build confidence and achieve consistent progress.

In my spare time, I am fascinated by the study of History and storytelling, although I enjoy exploring a wide range of subjects as my interests shift. Since January 2020, I have also worked with Special Needs learners, an experience that has been deeply rewarding and has allowed me to support learners in coping with their work and, in some areas, excelling academically. This experience has further strengthened my belief in adaptable, empathetic teaching that meets each learner where they are.
