Hi, I’m Vashani! I hold a BSc in Applied Mathematics Honours, which has provided me with a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of mathematics. I’ve been tutoring since 2017, with a total of 1,047 hours of tutoring experience at BrightSparkz. My tutoring experience spans across various curriculums, including CAPS, IEB, and Cambridge, which has allowed me to work with students from different educational systems and backgrounds. Whether it’s online or in-person tutoring, I’m well-equipped to offer personalized support tailored to each student’s learning style.

As a tutor, my goal is to help students not only improve academically but also build their confidence in their abilities. I am a dedicated tutor whose strong determination and passion for teaching make me a valuable resource for my students. My organizational skills play a vital role in ensuring that lessons are planned and executed effectively, allowing for a focused and productive learning experience. I strive to make complex concepts more accessible, motivating students to reach their highest potential.

In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, which helps me stay active, unwind, and express myself creatively. I believe in maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle to be the best tutor I can be, and dancing provides me with a great way to recharge.
