Hi, I’m Joshua! I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Accounting Science, where I’m developing strong skills in finance, analysis, and problem-solving. In my matric year, I achieved two distinctions—82% in Afrikaans and 80% in English—with strong results in Maths (75%) and Accounting (72%). These results reflect my dedication, consistency, and ability to work through challenging subjects with focus and determination.

As a tutor, I aim to take on the academic goals of each student as if they were my own. I believe in walking the journey together—being fully present, preparing thoroughly for each lesson, and maintaining open and honest communication. My goal is to make students feel supported, understood, and motivated. I want them to know they’re not alone, and that I’m genuinely invested in helping them achieve their personal goals with confidence and clarity.

In my spare time, I’m passionate about sports and fitness. I play football, cricket, golf, and padel, and I gym regularly to stay active and healthy. I also have a deep love for music—I sing both classical and hip hop, and I play the piano, keyboard, and violin. Whether it’s on the field or through music, I enjoy expressing myself and challenging myself creatively and physically. This balance helps me bring energy, discipline, and enthusiasm into everything I do, including tutoring.
