Hello, I’m Georgia, and I’m excited to tell you a bit about my background and my passion for tutoring. In my matric year, I achieved five distinctions, which highlighted my well-rounded interests. These distinctions included 80% in English, 81% in Afrikaans, 89% in Life Orientation, 86% in Geography, and 86% in Business Studies. During high school, I had the opportunity to formally tutor, and this experience ignited my passion for helping others understand and succeed. I consider myself a logical and patient individual who finds immense joy in assisting people of all ages.

What truly motivates me as a tutor is witnessing that ‘ah-ha’ moment when a student grasps a challenging concept. I pride myself on being a warm and friendly person, making it easy to build rapport with those I work with. My love for solving problems and helping others gain the same understanding and confidence drives me to tutor. I am eager to help students reach their full potential and empower them to achieve things they may have previously thought were out of reach.

When I’m not tutoring, I indulge in my passions for music and design. In fact, I plan to pursue a degree in Interior Design at UJ in 2024, demonstrating my ongoing commitment to learning and creative expression.
