Hi, I’m Wian! I have completed a Bachelor of Education in the Intermediate Phase, equipping me with the skills to teach and inspire young learners. In my matric year, I achieved two distinctions, which reinforced my passion for education and lifelong learning. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when given the right support, encouragement, and a positive learning environment.

As a tutor, my goal is to create a safe and fun space where students feel comfortable asking questions without fear of judgment. I believe that curiosity and engagement are key to academic success, and I strive to make lessons interactive and enjoyable. My aim is not just to help students improve their grades but to help them develop a genuine love for the subject by making learning an exciting and rewarding experience.

In my spare time, I am an avid reader and have a strong passion for creative arts, including writing, music, and drama. I also enjoy staying active by playing tennis and hockey, and I am a qualified hockey coach. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I regularly participate in charity work. Whether through education, sports, or the arts, I believe in the power of learning and personal growth, and I bring this mindset into my tutoring sessions.
