Hi, I’m Tammy! I hold a Post Graduate Degree in Education and have been passionate about learning and teaching for many years. In my matric year, I achieved two distinctions, including 80% in Afrikaans and 80% in Business Studies, along with strong marks in Accounting, Maths and Physical Science. These subjects built a solid academic foundation for me and shaped my appreciation for clear explanations, logical thinking and effective study strategies.

I have been teaching since 2018, and during this time I have developed a deep commitment to helping students reach their full potential. As a tutor, I aim to assist students by clarifying concepts, breaking down difficult topics and supporting learners who may doubt their abilities. I believe that every student is capable of success with the right guidance. My goal is not only to improve marks but also to build confidence, motivate learners and create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy activities that keep my mind creative and curious. In my spare time I love baking and cooking, working on puzzles, reading and spending time in nature. These hobbies help me stay balanced and bring the same patience, creativity and enthusiasm into my tutoring sessions. I look forward to helping students grow academically while developing confidence in their own abilities.
