Hi, I’m Gisella. I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Education in Intermediate Phase Studies, and I have a strong academic background that supports my passion for teaching. In my matric year, I achieved six distinctions, including 81% for English, 81% for Afrikaans, 83% for Mathematics, 80% for Life Orientation, 91% for Accounting, and 83% for Life Science, along with strong marks in Physical Science. These results reflect both my dedication to my studies and my ability to understand and apply key concepts across a range of subjects.

As a tutor, my goal is to help learners close learning gaps and build solid foundations that allow them to grow in confidence and achieve their academic goals. I believe that every student can succeed with the right support, clear explanations, and encouragement. I strive to create a patient, structured, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills step by step.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the sun, whether that’s going on nature walks in local parks or visiting the beach. I also love singing and previously enjoyed acting, although I haven’t had much time for it since COVID. Like many people, I enjoy watching a few favourite TV shows or turning in early with a good book. I’m a proud cat lover and grew up caring for a variety of animals, which has made me a genuine animal lover who enjoys learning more about them whenever I can.
