Hi, I’m Damon! I am currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science, with a strong academic background and a passion for learning. In my matric year, I achieved 7 distinctions, including 87% in English, 93% in Afrikaans, 83% in Maths, 90% in Life Orientation, 88% in CAT, 94% in IT – Delphi, and 81% in Physical Science. These results reflect both my dedication and my ability to understand and apply key concepts across a variety of subjects. I

have been tutoring since 2023, and I take pride in creating a supportive and adaptable learning environment. As a tutor, I aim to accommodate each learner’s individual needs, recognising that every child learns differently. I am patient and attentive, and I believe that effective tutoring should never be rushed. Instead, I focus on building understanding with care, ensuring that learners feel confident and encouraged throughout their academic journey.

In my spare time, I enjoy both long-distance and short-distance running, as well as playing video games and listening to music. I am also actively involved in church and value my faith. My interests in Mathematics and Technology continue beyond academics, as I enjoy exploring new ideas and developments in these fields whenever I can.
