Hi, I’m Amber! I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science and I am also a trained Little Sparkz Facilitator. I have a strong interest in how the body and mind work together—especially when it comes to learning. I’m bilingual in Afrikaans and English, which allows me to connect with students in the language they’re most comfortable with and explain concepts clearly in both.

As a tutor, my goal is to help students truly understand their work while keeping them motivated and engaged. I break topics down into simple, manageable steps, so learners don’t feel overwhelmed. By focusing on building self-confidence and making lessons fun and interactive, I encourage students to participate, ask questions, and enjoy the learning process rather than fear it.

In my spare time, I love swimming and reading, both of which help me stay relaxed and focused. I’ve always been drawn to creative hobbies like drawing and embroidery, and I enjoy discovering exciting ways to make learning feel like less of a chore. Whether it’s through creative examples, hands-on practice, or using stories and visuals, I believe learning should be as unique and fun as the student themselves.
