Hi, I’m Abongile! I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance with Accounting, where I get to combine my love for numbers, logic, and strategy. In my matric year, I achieved five distinctions, including 86% in Accounting, 89% in Business Studies, 88% in Zulu, and 83% in Mathematics. These subjects sparked my interest in problem-solving and gave me a strong foundation for the path I’m on today.

As a tutor, my goal is to make learning a little less intimidating and a lot more empowering. I focus on helping students break down complex problems into smaller, manageable parts, while creating a space where studying doesn’t feel like a chore. I believe tutoring is not only about boosting marks but also about building confidence, identifying gaps, and working through them together. I aim to help students approach their studies with a clear mind and a positive attitude.

In my spare time, I love staying active—whether it’s working out indoors, heading outside for a run, or watching sports like soccer, netball, athletics, or powerlifting. I also enjoy reading books that help me grow as a person and push me to be better. One of my favourite things to do is help my younger cousin with her math homework, and it always reminds me how rewarding it is to guide someone toward understanding and confidence.
