Hi, I’m Marne! I’m currently completing a Post Graduate Degree in Biochemistry, driven by my passion for Science and understanding how the world works at a molecular level. In my Matric year, I achieved 7 distinctions, including 92% in Afrikaans, 92% in English, 96% in Mathematics, 93% in Life Orientation, 91% in Life Science, 96% in Physical Science, and 93% in Accounting. These results reflect not only my dedication and discipline, but also my genuine enthusiasm for learning across a range of subjects.

I have been tutoring for over a year, supporting students in building both their knowledge and confidence. As a tutor, I aim to make students feel comfortable working independently and to help them truly understand how to approach and answer questions effectively. I believe that mastering content is important, but learning how to think critically and apply knowledge is what leads to long-term academic success. My approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style.

Outside of my studies and tutoring, I enjoy travelling, especially visiting wine farms, cafés, and art museums. I also love going on safari and spending time in nature. I stay healthy by doing Pilates and hiking, and I enjoy watching movies to unwind. Currently, I’m teaching myself how to cook, and I also spend time gardening whenever I can.

Hi, I’m Boikano! I’m currently completing a BEd, majoring in Mathematics and Information Technology. As part of my degree, I’ve gained valuable practical experience working with students and applying what I’ve learnt in real classroom settings. As a tutor, my goal is to help students build a strong foundation in their learning so that they can understand topics more deeply and feel less pressured. I want my students to know why they are doing what they’re doing, not just how to do it. Hi, I’m Ansu! I have completed a National Diploma in HOD Pre-Primêr, a short course in Foundation Phase Education, and a 300-hour Level 5 TEFL Diploma. With over 35 years of teaching experience, and over 10 years working with LSEN (Learners with Special Educational Needs), I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to support learners with a wide range of abilities and learning styles.

As a tutor, my goal is to provide learners with the extra time, attention, and encouragement they need to thrive. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing space where learners feel supported and motivated to grow.
